It looks scrumptious! Matching pears with bananas is a great idea. I think I have to adapt this recipe and serve this to my birthday celebration next week in Texas. Everyone on my side of the family loves baking. That is why I am motivated to surprise them with the most delicious and appealing cake they have ever seen in their entire life. Using the most simple ingredients, I think I can do everything in order to produce this delicious per upside-down banana bread.
